A CLOSE FINISH AT MALLORY

mallory close finishMallory Park was the host to the 6th round of the Sports2000 Pinto Championship and it was certainly a finish to remember! Top JDR runners Patrick Sherrington and Oliver Stirling qualified 1st and 3rd respectively, and battled for 25 minutes with Class A competitor David Houghton. As they rounded the hairpin for the last time, all eyes were on the 3 leaders – and they crossed the line neck and neck for a true photo finish !

The next round for both Historic and Pinto are at Silverstone on the GP circuit – 2nd and 3rd of September.
